How do I make a booking?
Register yourself with your basic details of Mobile,email. You are set to find available Workshops of GOBYK, Choose the outlet of your choice as per your convience date, We will be more than happy to Serve you.
What are GOBYK Workshop Timings ?
8:30 am to 7:30 pm
Is your Workshop open on Sunday?
Yes, We are open on Sunday.
Do you have Credit card option for making payment?
Yes, We accept Credit cards, PhonePe, GooglePay,cPaytm and Cash.
Do you have Pickup and Drop facility?
Yes, We do it for free with in 3 KMS from our Outlet, Beyond mentioned distance it will be chargable.
Do you provide GST Bill?
Yes, All invoices we make are GST, If you want an Invoice, provide your GST Details prior billing or inform our Advisors while handovering Vehicle.
Do you make Vehicle Modifications?
No, We can do all kind of repairs but not into modifications.
Do you have painting services?
Yes, We can do all kind of painting jobs.
What is the interval for each service?
We recommend to do periodic maintenance service at every 4000kms or 4 months which ever is earlier, How ever it will vary based on your vehicle model.
Do you have only Water wash for Vehicle?
Yes, We have it at the best price just 120/- for vehicle till 125 cc, 150/- for 150 cc and Above vehicles.
Do you Offer Franchising of GOBYK?
Currently we are setting up all the processes for making a successful model, Once we are ready to serve all the necessary things to operate franchising we will notify you, mean while You can share your application for locations interested with details on ccgobyk@gmail.com
How long will it take to complete the Service ?
For General Service it takes 2 hours of time, But again depends on Vehicles volume at our workshop it may change.
Do you provide EMI on bill?
It depends on the card you hold , Banks conditions for EMI conversion . We don’t offer any EMI directly. With your credit/debit cards we can convert bill into EMI through swiping machine facility at an additional costs of various banks.
Which Spare parts brand do you use?
Genuine OEM brands or other reputed brands (Cyber, Minda, Varroc, SKF,Rollan). At the time of booking, you can specify your preference and they will carry the parts accordingly.
